Puzzled
OK here is a funny one.
I served a guest blackened tuna and he said it was black, it was burnt................hello moron, why do you think it is called 'blackened?'............freaks!!
This is unrelated to food but reminds me of a story my friend who worked for IcelandAir booking told of people telling her that they wanted to fly into London then drive to Paris... not knowing that an ocean separates them. Freaks indeed!
what are you going to do some people just are not food people. Even though that dish has been around for more than twenty years.
